LOAN REVIEW COMMITTEE


  • The members of the Loan Review Committee (LRC) are appointed by the Board of Directors of the Prince George's Financial Services Corporation (FSC First).
  • The Chairman of the LRC shall be a member of the Bankers Task Force (Lead Lender)
  • The LRCshall convene on an as needed basis, butno less than monthly, to reveiw SBA and non-SBA End Loans. Teleconferences may be held in lieu of formal meetings.
  • The LRC members shall serve staggered terms to insure continuity.
  • Quorum: A quorum shall be at least one more than half of the current appointed and active members and at least three (3) bank representatives.
