FSC First Membership
FSC First remains committed to our important mission, which is to provide even greater access to creative, flexible and innovative economic development financing solutions for small and minority-owned businesses. We make this possible because we are the premiere lender of non-traditional financing in Prince George’s County for small and minority-owned businesses by utilizing various Federal, State, and Local financing programs to complement the Small Business Growth Fund and the SBA 504 fixed rate, long-term, commercial real estate and equipment financing program.
FSC First keeps its mission alive by your commitment to become an active member of our organization. Membership from multiple representatives of the same organization or firm is welcomed. So, we ask you to become a new FSC First member as soon as possible. As an active member, you will derive plenty of benefits. There is no membership fee to join, so when you register with us you’ve already made a profit. Allow us to share how we make a difference to you:
- Invitation to presentations of high profile projects that are being proposed through strategic alliances with the Prince George’s County’s Economic Development Corporation
- Mutual referrals for loans
- Invitation to attend the Annual Golf Classic or Classic Networking Reception to meet with prospective clients.

As we move forward this year, the FSC First will be presenting new products and initiatives that will better serve our customers. As a member, you will receive an overview of the new programs and services before they are announced publicly. Our staff will aggressively pursue community outreach activities and networking opportunities to bring additional awareness of the types of services we provide.
